Tip of the day
1.if onion is in more quantity then cook it in a dry pan you will see in few min. it will become brown.
2.the other way is if you fry more quantity of onion in oil then put ½ spoon salt water & it starts becoming brown & it makes the onion cook early.
- Firstly boil the macaroni in 2 cups of water, add little oil & put salt to taste let it boil for 7-8 min. keep it aside.
- Now put 1 tbsp of oil in a pan & put chopped garlic, carrots, beans, cabbage, capsicum, & spring onions. after that put pinch of salt & aginomoto, macaroni, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce & let it cook for some time & serve hot chinese macaroni with tomato ketchup.
