The chinese jain cutlet is the versatile vegetable tikki or cutlet recipe with mashed boiled raw bananas, green peas and spices as fillings. Garnish the jain cutlets with imli chutney, curd, coriander chutney, chaat masala, etc and the lip smacking cutlet chaat would be ready to eat.

Method
    Method
  1. Boil raw banana and green peas, peel and mash.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and roll out into a round flat cutlets.
  4. Heat a nonstick pan and cook each cutlet using little oil till golden brown from both the sides.
  5. Serve hot.
