The quintessential Chinese favorite. Veggies chopped into juliennes, a whole lot of spring onions and some soy sauce tossed together with steamed rice on a flame make this a simple, but delicious meal. Zip, zap, zoom- its as easy as that!
Chinese Fried Rice teams up well with most of the Chinese vegetable dishes.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the vegetables, celery, spring onion whites and ajinomoto and sauté over a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes till the vegetables soften.
- Add the rice, soya sauce, spring onion greens and salt. Mix well and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
