Chinese Egg Fried Rice recipe - How to make Chinese Egg Fried Rice

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 3 to 4 servings

1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 eggs (beaten lightly)
1/2 cup sliced capsicum
1/4 cup carrot (cut it horizontally)
1/2 cup chopped spring onions (only green)
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
3 cups cooked rice
2 tbsp worcesterchire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and saute for a minute.
  2. Add the eggs and stir them continuously.
  3. When the eggs are cooked, add all the vegetables, salt and black pepper, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the rice, worcesterchire sauce and soya sauce, mix well.
  5. Cover it and cook on a slow flame for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
