Method

  1. Beat eggs and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok.
  3. Add galic,ginger and chillies stir for 2 mins.
  4. Saute capsicum in it for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add soyasauce,salt and ajinamoto.
  6. Add the beaten egg in it.
  7. Cook till the egg is cooked.
  8. Garnish it with spring onions.
