A flavourful, aromatic and filling. it has Indian Punjabi touch. novel party snack.
- Heat oil in a wok and add the garlic, onions, capsicum. saute for a minute.
- Add tomatoes, tofu and seasoning saute for a minute. ADd the coriander and mix well.
- Cut the pav into 2 and stuff it up with above filling and top it with spring onions whites and greens.
- Toast will warm.
- Serve hot.
