8 bread slices
1 small cucumber
1 small tomato
1 small sized onion
1 medium sized boiled potato
1 bowl tomato ketchup
1 bowl green chutney
2 bowls aloo bhujiya

  1. Chop cucumber,potatoe,onion,totmatoe.
  2. Mix in a bowl carefully,not to crush
  3. Add ketchup,chutney,aloo bhujiya,salt,green hillies,dhaniya leaves,chaat masala
  4. Cut each breah slice into 4 pieces and arrange in a large plate/serving dish.
  5. Top each piece with ketchup / chutney
  6. Place the mix on each of these pieces.
  7. Add dhaniya and ketchup drops for decoration.
  8. Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon. and serve
