RICE 1 CUP,TWO TABLE SPOON SMASHED GARLIC,THREE CRUSHED CHILIS,JEERA HALF TSP,2TSP OIL,1 TSP GHEE,SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE,AND HALF CUP CORIANDER.(YOU CAN USE CASHENUTS 1 TBS.BUT ITS AN OPTION)
- Cook the rise in cooker.keep aside after cooking.then take a pan heat oil and ghee .add jeera .then add crushed chilli sotai till golden brownn then add gallic paste.sotai little bit.if you are going to add cashews add along with garlic.now add cooked rice .mix it well.turn off the heat.close the pan for couple off minutes so the flavours will mix
