Chilli garlic noodle, chili oil is an important flavoring agent while cooking chinese. This simple-to-make ingredient enhances the inherent flavors of a dish. Chili garlic noodles is a simple meal infused with garlic and chili oil. The chili oil brings out the smoky, garlicky flavor of the noodles. If you are not in the mood for something elaborate and yet want something delicious, this dish is a great option! serve with manchurian or a schezuan sauce, but these noodles taste just as nice when eaten as it is. Enjoy!
- Heat the oil in a wok / kadhai on a high flame till it smokes.
- Add the spring onion greens, noodles, chilli-garlic sauce and salt and sauté on a high flame for a few seconds.
- Pour the chilli oil on top and toss well. Serve hot.
