Ingredients

For Chilli Garlic Noodles
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup finely sliced spring onions whites
1/4 chopped coloured capsicum (red , green , yellow)
2 cups boiled noodles
1/4 cup chilli-garlic sauce
salt to taste
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion greens
Method

  1. To make chilli garlic noodles, heat the oil in a wok / kadhai on a high flame till it smokes.
  2. Add the spring onion white and coloured capsicum.
  3. Saute for few seconds.
  4. Add chilli-garlic sauce and salt.
  5. Saute on high flame for few seconds.
  6. Add noodles.
  7. Mix well and cook on high flame for few seconds and garnish the chilli garlic noodles with spring onion greens. Serve hot.

To boil noodles

  1. To boil noodles for chilli garlic noodles | Indian style chilli garlic noodles | Indo-Chinese chilli garlic noodles | veg chilli garlic noodles | boil enough water in a deep pan. Add salt to taste and oil.    
  2. Add the hakka noddles and mix well. We have taken 1 ½  packet of hakka noodles. Per packet of hakka noodles is approx. 150 gms. Boil the hakka noodles for 8  minutes or till they are 70-80% cooked. Do not overcook or else they will turn soggy. Add the hakka noddles and mix well. Drain them using a strainer. Refresh them under cold water so they do not stick to each other and the internal cooking process stops. Keep aside to cool. You can also drizzle oil to avoid noodles from sticking to each other.

Hi, how to make chilli garlic paste? Or did u use the store bought?

Note if you buy store bought, the consistency is a thin sauce and the recipe will not come out that well. quick and easy. can do without chilly oil too if kids involved.Love this recipe.
