6 green chillies
25 gms roasted peanuts
1 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tsp sugar (optional)
salt to taste
  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Store in a clean glass bottle.
  3. Serve immediately or store chilled.
