Chilled Tomato and Rice Yoghurt recipe - How to make Chilled Tomato and Rice Yoghurt

5 cups tomato puree
2 tsp fennel seeds (saunf) powder
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 cup spring onion, chopped
2 tbsp sliced capsicum
1/2 cup fresh corn kernels(optional)
1cup cooked and mashed rice
1 cup low fat curds (dahi)
1 cup ice water
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste

  1. Make a smooth paste of spring onions,coriander,capsicum and add this paste to the tomato
  2. a large bowl, pour this tomato add ice water,corn,saunf,lime juice,salt
  3. And mix well. in a blender, make a smooth paste of rice and yoghurt and add the paste to
  4. The tomato puree and mix well. serve chilled.
