Chilled Sunshine Salad recipe - How to make Chilled Sunshine Salad

2 cups cooked pasta
3 capsicum (red , yellow and green) , finely chopped
2 carrot , sliced
10-12 french beans , cut diagonally
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)

For The Dressing
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp cheese spread
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
2 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
salt to taste
  1. Combine all the ingredients of the dressing in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the salt, pepper,chilli flakes and oregano and mix well. Keep aside.
  3. Combine the pasta, vegetables and the dressing in a bowl and toss well.
  4. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
