Chilled Cucumber Refresher recipe - How to make Chilled Cucumber Refresher

  1. Grate the cucumber and keep aside.
  2. Combine the ginger, mint and coriander and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  3. Add the cucumber, ginger, green chilli and blend again till smooth, without using any water.
  4. Add the curds, 250 ml water, salt and whisk well.
  5. Serve in a tall glasses garnished with mint leaves.
  6. Serve immediately.
