Chick Peas Salad recipe - How to make Chick Peas Salad

chick peas 50gms
1 small sized cucumber
1 small carrot
1 large onion
1 large tomatoes
1/2 " piece of ginger (adrak)
1 green chilli
2 tsp lemon juice (or 3tbsp curd)
1/2 tsp honey(optional)
salt to taste
coriander leavers for garnishing

  1. Soak the chick peas over night
  2. Next day in the morning drain the old water n boil the chick peas in fresh water for about half an hour.
  3. Drain the water and allow it to cool
  4. Chop finely all the other ingrdients and add all of them to the boiled chick peas
  5. Add salt honey lemon juice ( you can also add curd in place of lemon juice)
  6. Serve as a tasty snack or salad
