Cooking Time: Total Time:
1/2cupfresh red cherries, chopped
and 1cup castor sugar;
½ cup water;
½ tsp red colour;
few ice cream sticks
- Place sugar & water in a saucepan & stir over low heat until the sugar dissolves. remove from heat & cool. steam cook the cherries till soft in pressure-cooker with a little water. deseed and puree the cherries& stir in sugar syrup. rub the mixture through a fine sieve to remove pulp. add red colour. now place the sorbet into ice tray & prick 1 sti
