A quick fix accompaniment that you can use to spice up a simple layout of burgers and smoothies! cheesy potato chips can be easily made using ready-made chips. Any variety of chips would do, but plain salted ones will suit the requirements better than flavoured ones. Do not over-bake as the chips might give a burnt taste and the cheese will become dry.
- Spread the potato wafers on a broad baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cheese and chilli powder evenly over the wafers and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
