A cheesy snack prepared in advance for Diwali. It is handy as can be cooked and kept in airtight container anywhere in the house.

Cheesy Namakparas recipe - How to make Cheesy Namakparas

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients first for dough.
  2. Bring it to bread crumb consistency.
  3. Now add wet ingredients and knead a dough.
  4. Cover the dough with muslin cloth and keep it aside for 30 mins
  5. Now heat oil in a wok for frying.
  6. Roll the dough and cut desired shapes.
  7. Leave the namakpars in oil and fry on medium flame till it is cooked well and crisp.
  8. Cool it down and store in a airtight container
