Cheesy Carrot Khichdi Pakoda, a very yummy and delicious recipe. It is also a way to use leftover khichdi where we use carrot which is full of vitamin A and its cheesy so kids will also love them.
- Mash the khichdi with fresh coriander, add green chilli, grated cheese and carrots, lemon juice, cornflour and make a tight dough.
- Make small balls from the khichdi mixture dough and keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan and deep-fry the balls till golden brown.
- Serve hot with mustard sauce and green chilli chutney.
