Try out this innovative variation of the traditional gajar ka halwa recipe, the Cheesy carrot halwa prepared by cooking together grated carrots with sugar, milk, khoya and grated cheese. Simply amazing sweet dish with a delicious sweet and cheesy taste.
- Boil milk.
- Add thegrated carrots, sugar, khoya and crushed cardamoms and cook on slow fire.
- Cook till the mixture leaves the sides.
- Add cheese and ghee.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Garnish with silver foil and few chopped pistachios.
- Serve hot.
