  1. Boil milk.
  2. Add thegrated carrots, sugar, khoya and crushed cardamoms and cook on slow fire.
  3. Cook till the mixture leaves the sides.
  4. Add cheese and ghee.
  5. Cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with silver foil and few chopped pistachios.
  7. Serve hot.
