Cheese and Peach Sauce

It has a silk feel and appearance.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and add the bay leaf and wheat flour and saute.
- Add milk, cheese and seasonings, mix well and simmer for few minutes until the sauce coats the spoon.
- Add peach puree, mix well and simmer for a minute. Serve hot or cold.
