Method


  1. Mix gently cheese,ghillies,garlic,celery,saltand pepper
  2. In another bowl mix maida,cornflour,soda,hotoil,salt and pepperto make a thick batter(add waterto this)
  3. Remove the stems of the mushrooms and fill in the cheese mixture and then dip it in the paste
  4. Coat them with the bread crumbs and deep fry them and serve with hot chiili sauce.

Wow! A mushroom lover's delight! its really cheesy and the mushroom's flavour goes tremendously well with the pakoda batter and cheese! yummy! Perfect for monsoons.
