A nice way to introduce your child to vegetables. The thick cheesy dip adds a nice creamy taste to every bite. The colorful and fresh vegetable crudités can be arranged in an attractive plate. It is easy to eat too.
- Combine all the ingredients in a non-stick pan and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes or till the mixture thickens like a sauce.
- Serve immediately with vegetable crudités.
