Cheese Dip By Kavithamurthi recipe - How to make Cheese Dip By Kavithamurthi

Ingredients

500 ml curds
1 tin cheese spread of choice
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 capsicum, chopped fine
1 carrot, grated
3-4 green chillies, chopped fine
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
Method

  1. 1. hang curds to drain whey for 20-25 minutes.
  2. 2. in a bowl mix the drained curds and cheese spread well.
  3. 3. to this add salt, a little pepper and sugar and mix till sugar melts.
  4. 4. now add the other ingredients and mix them in.
  5. 5. cover and chill till use.
  6. 5. serve with chips or salted biscuits or vegetable crudites.
