Chawli Leaves Sukhi Subzi, Amarnath Subzi recipe - How to make Chawli Leaves Sukhi Subzi, Amarnath Subzi

2 cups chopped chawli (cow pea) leaves
1 tbsp oil
3/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp roughly chopped green chillies
salt to taste

For The Garnish
2 tbsp grated coconut
  1. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and green chillies and sauté on a medium flame for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the chawli leaves and salt, mix well and cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve hot garnished with coconut.

this subzi recipe was eaten by me by my Maharashtrian friend and when asked her for he recipe, she gave me tarla dalal recipe, so now even i make it and i really like it...
