lesftover idlis
oil for deep frying
5 tbsp tomato ketchup
10 curry leaves (kadi patta)
little water
Tissue paper for draining

  1. Cut idli''s to small pieces
  2. Pour oil in a pan
  3. Deep fry idli''s till they turn brown.
  4. Place fried idli''s in a tissue paper. this would absorb excess oil.
  5. Place another pan and add a spoon of oil.
  6. Add curry leaves and allow it to spatter.
  7. Remove curry leaves from the pan
  8. Add ketchup and 5 spoons of water.
  9. Add fried idli''s in the pan.
  10. Transfer them to a plate and decorate with the curry leaves.
  11. Serve hot
