One can also use chopped spinach or methi saag to make it more nutritious.
- 1. grind soaked urad dal coarsely.
- 2. mix all ingredients in a bowl. knead and make a semi soft dough using little water if needed.
- 3. heat oil in a kadhai.
- 4. make small balls of the dough and roll it round. deep fry the puris in hot oil till golden brown on both sides.
- 5. serve hot.
