Enjoy the taste bud tingling snack item, Chatpati prepared by cooling soaked bhel or puffed rice with curry leaves, mustard seeds and red chillies. A perfect breakfast item, chatpati can make for an excellent energy rich tiffin option.
- first of all soak the kurmura in water for 5 mins.
- Then heat oil in a kadhai and then add mustard seeds, jeera,curry leaves and hing.
- Then add the kurmura and then add the salt, red chilli powder. sugar and turmeric powder according to the taste.
- Then just keep iton the tava for 4-5 mins and then garnish with coriander leaves.
