Cooking Time: Total Time:
Karonde - 100gms
Green Chillis - 50gms
Coriander pwd - 1tbsp
salt to tastechilli pwd - 1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp garam masalajeera pwd - 1/2 tsp
mustard pwd -1/2 tsp
anchur pwd - 1 tsp
oil - 1tbsp
- 1.cut karonda into halves.
- 2.mash chillies (uneven cuts).
- 3.heat oil add all the masalas add chillis and karonda. saute for 1min
- 4.its ready to eat.
- (it can be accompanied with mathri)
