Can prepare the chutneys and the papdi in advance and store.
very quick and tasty if unexpected guests turn up.
- Put some papdi on a plate and throw in potatoes and chickpeas on them
- Put yoghurt and the chutneys on them
- And sprinkle the spices and garnish it with sev and coriander
