250 gms parboiled baby potatoes
1 onion , chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp chilli sauce
2 tsp oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
oil for deep frying
  1. Peel potatoes, mix half of the corn flour in water to make a thin paste.
  2. Add salt and 1/2 tsp pepper and mix well.
  3. Dip the potatoes in corn flour paste and deep fry
  4. them . Keep aside.
  5. Heat oil in a wok ,add onion and saute for 1 minute.
  6. Add ginger-garlic paste and again saute for 2-3
  7. minutes.
  8. Add all the sauces and corn flour(dissolve in water)to the onion mix well, while stirring occasionally and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Add the vinegar and salt and mix well.
  10. Add the fried potatoes and add some more water, mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
  11. Garnish with boiled noodles and spring onion green.
  12. Serve hot.
