  1. Cut the bread slices into four squares.
  2. Take a wide bowl and add gram flour, rice flour, salt, chilli powder,turmeric powder, asafoetida, chat masala and mix all the dry ingredients.
  3. Add onion and coriander to it.
  4. Mix to a thick batter with little water.
  5. Keep aside for sometime.
  6. Heat oil in a kadai.
  7. Take a piece of the bread,coat it with the batter on both sides and slowly put it into the kadai.
  8. Repeat for three more squares.
  9. Fry on a modrate heat until golden in colour.
  10. Remove on to a tissue paper and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
