This dish great on a rainy day.
if fresh green peas are not available use frozen ones, but add them when the potatoes & corn are cooked.
- Wash the corn & green peas. peel & chop the potatoes into bite sized cubes, chop the green chillies finely.
- Heat ghee in a karahi. add hing & jeera & cook till the jeera splutters. now add the potatoes7 saute for 5 mins.. now add the corn & the peas & saute. add salt , cover & cook until the corn, peas& potatoes are cooked. now, add the green chillies & the chilli powd. & saute. add lemon juice & mix well.
- Serve topped with chopped coriander & aloo lachha.
