A tangy, spicy and taste bud tingling paneer recipe, chat pat paneer makes for an excellent starter or cocktail snack item. The paneer cubes are smeared with chatpata chutneys and masalas and then stir fried or grilled till golden.
- Put the oil half tea spoon on the pan put the chilly garlic paste and tomato puree and kachtup
- Apply salt chilli powder and cook for two minites in low flame
- Add the pannner cubes to it and also garam masala and 1 pinch of sugar stir it nicely on gas and cover plate with water to provide steam after 5 minitues that will be ready
- And decorate with corindar leafs
