5 to 6 left over Chapatis
2 to 3 onions
2 to 3 green chillies
1 tomato or 1 tbsp lemon juice
a few curry leaves (kadi patta)
a bunch coriander (dhania) leaves
grated coconut
2 to 3 tbsp oil or ghee

  1. Crumble the left over chapaties with hand and keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add to it a little musterd seeds, cumin seeds,finily cut onions tomato and chillis fry till golden brown
  3. After that add the crumbled chapaties and stir well till it is soft
  4. Garnish with coconut and corinder leaves
