Chane ki Bhaji recipe - How to make Chane ki Bhaji

cumin seeds (jeera)
chane ki bhaji (hummus)
mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
one chopped onion
ginger-garlic paste
half cooked arhar ki dal
salt to taste
black peppercorns (kalimirch)
coriander (dhania) powder
green chillies

  1. Heat some oil in a kadhai
  2. After heated add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let them splinter
  3. Add the green chillies, onions and saute until pink
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder
  5. Add chane ki bhaji and mix well
  6. Add salt and mix well
  7. Add the half cooked arhar dal and mix well
  8. If the bhaji looks too dry and spreaded, add dal's water to bind it
  9. Serve hot
