Chandani delight recipe - How to make Chandani delight
Cooking Time: Total Time:
10 bread slices
1 tb.sp. oil
1 tb.sp refined flour
1/2 cup milk
200gm paneer ( crumbled)
4 tb.sp. chopped onion
1 tb.sp. chilly-ginger-garlic paste
salt (according to taste)
pepper powder (according to taste)
sugar (according to taste)
Tomato ketchup soy sauce
- White sauce :
- Heat oil, put onion & saute it. add ginger garlic paste & refined flour. saute it for 1 min & the add milk. stir continuously while adding milk. then add paneer, salt , pepper & sugar.
- Make toast of bread & cut that in triangle.
- Put some white sauce on toast pieces & decorate that with soya sauce & ketchup.
