Makes 4 serving
- Moisten the sandalwood stick and rub it on a rough surface to make a smooth paste.
- Add sugar and water to make sugar syrup of one thread consistency.
- Cool. add colour, essence, sandalwood paste and preservative. Store in a bottle.
- To prepare the cooler mix the sharbat with water in 1:3 ratio.
