Method

  1. Soak all the beans overnight.
  2. Cook the beans except the mung sprout till half boiled.
  3. Half boil the brocolli also. finely cut carrot, cucumber, onion, tomato and lettuce.
  4. Add salt and lemon juice. add little black pepper.
  5. Mix all the ingradients.
