Any seasonal veggies can be added to this recipe. like- cooked capsicum, boiled potatoes, cabbage etc.
- Soak chana over night .
- Add 1 tsp salt and boil in a pressure cooker.
- Drain the water completely.
- Heat little oil in a kadhai,add jeera, dhania and red chilly powder, boiled chana, salt and saute for 2-3 mts.
- Remove from fire
- Add finely chopped raw onion, tomato, chilly ginger,coriander leaves .
- Mix and serve.
