Chana Dal Chaat recipe - How to make Chana Dal Chaat

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 1.5 cups

1 cup masala chana dal (split bengal gram)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp chaat masala

For The Garnish
1 tbsp sev
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Serve immediately garnished with sev.

chana dal chaat.. this was really an instant snack.. by mixing few ingredients.. The taste is so balanced with the spice.. I make this often.. for my family and friends.. Thank you for this quick recipe..
