A fit answer to a bubbling appetite! the celery chowder soup, made with sumptuous white stock and white sauce and pleasantly contrasting celery, is wholesome and satiating. Serve with cheese, if you would like it richer than this.
- Heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions, potatoes and celery and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the white stock, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes, while stirring once in between.
- Add the white sauce, parsley, salt and pepper, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
