Vitamin A and E rich broccoli is combined with creamy, calcium-rich cauliflower to make this healthy purée, which will work wonders for child’s skin, eyes, bones and overall growth.
The best part is that the Cauliflower and Broccoli Purée is very quick and easy to prepare. All you need to do is blanch the two veggies and purée them. Voila, you have a healthy and tasty answer to your child’s sudden hunger pang.
- Combine the cauliflower, broccoli and ¼ cup of water in a mixer and blend to a smooth purée.
- Serve immediately.
