2 eggs
40 gms powdered sugar
40 gms plain flour (maida)
a pinch of baking powder

ice cream base


  1. Seperate white & yolk of egg
  2. Beat white till stiff
  3. Add egg yolk
  4. While beating add powdered sugar ,maida add
  5. Add essence
  6. Pour in greased tin ,bake in preeheated
  7. Oven 180degree centigrade for 20 minutes

Icecream base

    Icecream base
  1. Base icecream divide in 3 parts
  2. One part beat ,add vanilla
  3. Vanilla icecream pour over cake freeze half hour
  4. Add grated nuts over it
  5. 2nd part beat
  6. Add cococa powder ,choclate essence,pour over nuts again
  7. Again freeze,1\2 hour
  8. Add layer of nuts,
  9. Finally beat third part
  10. Add strawberry essence ,pink color
  11. Pour on top ,add nuts
  12. Set1\2 hour ,
  13. Place in freezer 1\2 hour
  14. When set serve
