Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:
- Warm flour in a slow oven or a clean dry pan over low heat.
- Sift & leave to cool.
- Cream butter with sugar,milk & essence.
- Gradually add flour,baking powder,cashews & beaten egg.
- Knead well for 10mins.
- Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to 1\4 cm thickness.
- Use decorative cutters to cut out shapes desired & place on a greased tray(remember to leave room for expansion).
- Bake in a moderate oven for 20mins or till brown.
- Cool before serving.
