After its cool cut and serve in to pieces.a healthy and nutricious recipe.corn flour can be sustituted with 3 eggs or 2 large mashed bananas.

Carrot cake recipe - How to make Carrot cake

2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 3/4 cups oil
3 1/2 cups cake flour sifted
2 tsp baking pow
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp corn flour dissolved in 1/2 cup water
3 cups grated carrots
1 cup walnuts pcs
3/ cups light raisins
1/2 cup dark raisins

  1. In a bowl,combine sugar and oil.beat until dissolved.
  2. Gradually add sifted flour ,baking pow,soda,salt,cinnamon and corn flour mixture.
  3. Transfer in large bowl and stir in grated carrots,walnuts and raisins.
  4. Grease the baking dish with butter and flour
  5. Abke at 350 f for 1 hr.
