salt - as required
urad dal -1/2tsp
- Chop the vegetables into thin cube sizes. fry all the ingredients except the coriander leaves and the peanuts till cooked in a tsp oil. when cool grind with coriander leaves and peanuts and salt. depending on the need of chutney consistency add required water. season with mustard seeds and urad dal. goes well with dosa/roti/bread/idli or even a g
