  1. Combine the carrot and yellow moong dal in a pressure cooker, mix well and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
  2. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool completely, once cooled blend in a mixer till smooth along with ½ cup of warm water.
  4. Add the pepper powder and mix well.
  5. Serve lukewarm.
