Bean sprouts are a delight to see, and a pleasure to bite into. Its nutty flavour and crisp texture combines beautifully with the juicy sweetness of carrot butter, as you will see in this sumptuous brown bread open sandwich. Succulent paneer works well with the carrot butter to hold the sprouts together, while green chillies add a mild hint of spice. Bean sprouts are readily available in the market but you can hygienically prepare nice, long sprouts right at home to make delicious Carrot and Bean Sprouts Open Sandwich for your family.
- Apply the carrot butter on one side of the bread slice.
- Mix the crumbled paneer with the green chilli and salt and apply on the buttered side.
- Spread the sprouts on top.
- Cut into 4 pieces and serve immidiately.
