In today's age where people are becoming more and more aware about their health and fitness, I am sharing a healthy salad with you. This recipe is not only easy to prepare but is also very appealing in terms of colour and texture. I am sure you will love this salad and can easily wipe off a bowlful in one go, just as I did.

Ingredients

To Be Mixed Together For The Dressing
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tsp chopped basil leaves
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
1 cup grated carrot
3 tbsp soaked raisins (kismis)
1 tsp roasted sesame seeds (til)
salt to taste
Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the prepared dressing and mix well.
  3. Serve immediately or serve chilled.
