3 cups carrot pulp
1 cup curds (dahi)
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
salt to taste
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Serve chilled.
